Answer #1

The training plan as ADDIE Model aligns as to the CEO's needs in the following ways:

  1. Good business results training is just as it clearly organizes the purpose of the business & based on the proper analysis, design, development, implementation & evaluation there will be holistic understanding of improvement in the business and also helps in achieving the greater results & success by leveraging it in a current competitive environment.
  2. An effective training plan will help in bringing every person in the firm together for improving one's own selves internally & externally by socializing & meeting too many people which enhances thier knowledge, skills & behavior and builds the team spirit among the peers which will increase the employee productivity.
  3. Training Model & effective training plan will harmonize the overall internal management of the firm & job satisfaction. If the internal customers as employees are satisfied with the proper scope for developing then obviously there will better performance in the firm which will surely increase the customer satisfaction who are external to the firm.
  4. Such kind of a training plan help the employee in understanding the companies mission by bringing them in proper base or funnel in making them aware of everything regarding firms regulation, policies & procedures & taking every in charge to make them understand the culture of the firm which will provide holistic understanding of the firm & its mission to achieve the goal congruence.

Following are the recommendations for the future plans to integrate this type of training :

  1. The organization has a continues requirement of new talent but there has to be proper kind of managing this new employee who has hired so there has to be a proper training plan & model to make it executed so as to give a better scope for the person to develop the potential required in the currently existing environment.
  2. Training is a cost to any firm so I recommend that proper utilization of time, energy & resources will help the firm to execute the plans and will increase their employee productivity.
  3. Training has to happen regularly, quarterly & annually which checks the firm's employee turnover, efficiency & productivity which will impact thier overall business survival in the current market scenario.  Proper integration of the training plan will create a better environment in the firm.
  4. On the job training or off the job training has to be provided by the firm with a proper checklist to know whether the person is performing as per the required standards or not & correct him/her in their performance will increase the overall performance of the company.

Overall, training provides a platform for every individual to enhance their skills & abilities, share the knowledge & utilize the best of its competencies to get the desired results with proper training model & plan designed & implemented by the firm with shared expertise.
