Option B is correct (Safely transporting blood to the heart).

There is two vena cavae in body one is superior vena cavae and one is inferior vena cavae. Superior vena cavae carry deoxygenated blood from upper half of body(head, neck, arm and chest region) to the right atrium of heart. Inferior vena cavae carry deoxygenated blood from lower part of the body(abdomen, pelvis, and lower limb) to the right atrium of the heart.
