China doesnt want to play with the rules , wants to not only change the rules but write them itself. Even though there is US pressure ,China remains grounded to its economic program believing that achieving technological supremacy at present will enable it to write rules in future.Americans are of the opinion that solving trade relations between US and China is critical . China believes that US is not following the same rules with China as it is following with other nations.China has responded to US tariff fully but paying additional tariff will be difficult . China has put counter tariffs targeting US and this points to socially dividing techniques that Russia had used .AS a result low income Americans are losers. Beijing strategy is to pitt Americans against one another. One of the objectives is to transform China into powerful nation by 2050 ,which every nation wants to attain But Beijing's technology development will not allow other nations to grow.So China does not want to play with the rules but change them.Beijing asserts that it should be given the status of market economy at the WTO even though it has refused to implement important standards for economic reform.

Learn to play here http://www.playonlinedicegames.com/pig
