In my opinion ,Only Marcie is correct as in order to make sure that reader's perceive the author's intention in the same meaning and depth ,it is essential to use that word or phrase which perfectly bring out the meaning, intention that author wants to communicate because synonym includes a lot of word which may mean different with different situation and context ,we may use synonym but there will always a risk that reader's may misinterpret it which according to them is right but from author's view ,it totally destroy the true meaning .
