Undisputed items on a invoice :

Undisputed invoice means the invoice has received in the correct. Vendor contract says, customer should pay Undisputed invoiced amount within the 30 days of invoicing. If the 30th day falls on Sunday or public holiday, then the next working day shall be deemed to be the due for payment.

Disputed items on a invoice

If the correctness or completeness of the invoice is in question , a dispute can be filed with vendor. Dispute is defined as any discrepancy which shows something is not accurate or true regarding the billing document which may delay in the payment. Payment with respect to the disputed items can be withheld by the client till the settlement of the dispute by mutual agreement.
