Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, had several business ideas, one of them was online auction site, which evolved into zShops, a brand that ultimately failed, but still he worked hard and now Amazon and repurpose his idea into what would eventually becomes the Amazon Marketplace, and now Amazon didn't need any introduction, Jeff have high and strong determination, and focused mind in achieving his dream, the second one is Fred Smith, his college professor disagreed with his business model of FedEx, he achieved a poor grade on this assignment of business model but later he prooved his FedEx business model to be successful and now it is known by all and very much successful. Smith have confidence on his model and strong and strict desire to make it successful. The third one is Lawrence Ellison, his company Oracle faces many ups and down in market share, oracle struggles many years before making it big, but now Oracle and Ellison's company is well knowned and successful. Ellison have strong believe in himself and his work, he never get distracted and we'll focused towards his aim and definitely he achieved it.

All of the three entrepreneur were strong determined, well focused, self confident, and hard working as well as smart working. All have good marketing strategy and have deep research of market and demand of public and need.
