Q1/
People are going to car repair shop for several purposes. While some of them are having routine maintenance inspection and control, others may need a diagnosis for an unknown problem or need a repair service for his or her problem. Of course one who needs the diagnosis may also need repair service. Repair services are classified as short-term repair and long-term repair. Each type of services (inspection, diagnosis, short-term repair and long-term repair) has different service time. When one customer arrives, he first must take an order number and then wait for the available mechanics. Some of the customers have priority for getting service. There are 6 mechanics in repair shop. Just 2 of them are providing diagnosis services. The customers leave after service is completed.
