Firstly political relationship between 2 countries involved should be strong. Secondly the purpose of setting up hospital other than financial benefit should be understood. Finally it must be proven that the hospital demand by locals of the proposed country should be sufficient. Hospital culture must be in lieu with the country’s culture. Efficient healthcare professional from various department must be hired for the ultimate success. Permission for land, sewage, biomedical waste disposal must be obtained from local authorities.
