Yes, the signatures of all owners of record are needed to be found in a listing agreement in Montana Real Estate. A listing agreement is an agreement between the seller and the agent for the sale of real estate. According to Montana statute, it is unlawful to advertise property belonging to others unless the broker has a signed listing agreement from the property owner.
