P = force(F)*velocity (V) = {m*g}*{d/t}

= {4.5*9.81}*{0.720/(3.25*24*3600)}

=0.00011319 watt {or Joule/second}

from above formula,

it is clear that Power is inversely proportional to time(t). hence to increase the power delivered we need to decrease time, ie much faster operation needed.
