The scope determines the entire implementation of the needs, goals as well as the necessary structure that needs to be followed if the organization wants to achieve their goals. Scope, therefore, identifies the need of the project, the area of implementation as well as how it would impact the considerations of the stakeholders, which holds the lost necessary part to the processes required in the project. After the definition of scope begins, we can say that we can determine the requirements of the entire process, the project manager can, therefore, make the decisions based on cost, schedule, and inventory, in order to bring about the best process of implementation for the project.
