Here I am describing about the MCFA protocol. The Minimum cost forwarding Algorithm mostly computes the the least cost from the each node to the base station. in case the node is in the shortest path, then the node will retransmit the data. The exact same procedure is repeated until the packet reaches to the base station. The computing and the updating of the Minimum cost generates the overhead. The gossiping protocol mainly requires that the node receiving a packet that is retransmitted it with a probability which is less than 1 and also improves upon the flooding performance.

This protocol mainly used in the radio station to transmit the data in the least cost by using the shortest path.
