In the price quotation of an industrial customer , apart from the unit price there are also certain other things mentioned in the scenario and these actually include sales tax, shipping bill, insurance receipt which would be inline with INCOTERMS if he is a foreign customer etc. Sales tax include the tax that the customer has to bear for the seller on buying the good as it would be paid to the government. Shipping bill includes the cost of shipping to the customer destination and insurance receipt tells about the cost of insurance of the loss of the goods.
