Answer #1

a) Consider Oil which is imported to United States a lot by Saudi Arabia and this is because of the fact that there is a lot of supply of oil in United States but it is not enough for catering such a large population and that is the reason why demand for oil is created from other countries and because it has healthy relationship Saudi Arabia oil is imported from that country.

b) as far as the cultural dimensions are concerned hofstede cultural dimensions play a major role in understanding about what rankings are to be taken such as the rankings of power distance index, rankings of individualism collectivism, the masculinity rankings etc can get to play a major role in understanding the culture of the country and consider the culture of a country is towards collectivism then one has to take a polycentric approach in understanding the culture and also if one is less masculine nature, then product such as equality and quality of life portraying have demand there on the whole. Abe the power distance index is time most demand in that particular country business can be continued because more or less apart from the restrictions it has nothing to do withthe demand and supply conditions in their food this is relevant when compared to the other two mentioned above.
