Let the level of signifance = 0.05 (That's the standard level when alpha is not given)

p-value = 0.0265 which is less than 0.05

So, we reject null hypothesis.

Hence, we have sufficient evidence at 5% level of significance to conclude that deliveries exceed 33 minutes.
