Consumer research is done before launching a new product in any organisation. The key objectives being what a consumer wants - the demand of the consumer, the target market for the same and sampling from the target market. How many people would like the product.
Based on the survey the people like to have a different flavor from what is being offered - the various flavors that people liked to have were Pineapple, Strawberry and Mango and the most favorite was pineapple.The target market were people between the age group of 21 to 40. Sampling was done for the same and atleast 60% would buy when the product would be launched.
