Two important data are required:

1) Avogadro number (6.02x10 ^ 23), relation of the number of atoms that a mole contains.

2) Atomic weight of the element (200.6 g / mol).

The conversion is done:

g Hg = 23 atoms * (1 mol / 6.02x10 ^ -23 atoms) * (200.6 g / 1 mol) = 7.66x10 ^ -21 g
