should you work at making weaknesses into strengths or work on your strengths? all focussed on their areas of perceived weakness. What about your strengths, can't these be improved too? in fact working on strengths are more enjoyable and thus easier to develop.

In my opinion, working on STRENGTHS is way better than working on making weaknesses into strengths.

As when we work on our strengths, we grow faster than when trying to improve our weaknesses because working on weaknesses wouldn't yield anything new, but will stay in the past but focusing on the would bring new developments.

Also, with the surveys and other studies, those people who try to focus on their strengths are much happier than others, they tend to be less stressed than others and more confident than other people.

For growth and development, people have a great mindset of growth and prosperity likely to achieve more than those people who have low or depressed mindset because they put more energy into learning.

To develop your strengths, you got to identify them first and, that can be a difficult task to do sometimes.

Following steps can help to identify the strengths:-

1 ) Pay attention to what you do and be careful while doing it. Be highly concentrated.

2 ) Think about how different activities make you feel happy because when you feel satisfied while doing something, this increases your strengths.

3 ) Taking strengths or personality test can be beneficial.
