CEO of GravityPymts again decides to slash his own salary, so that all employees can receive a minimum of $70,000 annually. The CEO did this back in 2015 and back then his $1 m salary was slashed by 90%. 30 of his workers' salaries had to be doubled and an additional 40 had been given a raise. Would this have an effect on the employees' behavior and overall performance? Is it right for the CEO to cut his own salary? Would you do it, if you were a CEO?
