Is 1-propanol and 2-propanol the same thing for the SDS (safety data sheet) write up?
No. The safety data sheet needs to list out both the chemical as well as physical properties of your isomers. While chemically they are similar, they have different boiling and melting points, two examples of importance in your safety data sheet. I'd recommend writing up two sds for each compound separately
