Question 1 : Explain what changes are occurring in area of circuit switching.
Solution 1 : Following changes are taking place in the area of circuit switching :
(a) As we know that Circuit switching is very useful for connecting voice circuits, So, For making this process effective, reliable and efficient, the concept of a dedicated path persisting is continuously getting used between two communicating and interacting parties / nodes.
(b) Another change which is taking place most : On the same network , they are trying to use the unused capacity by the other connections so that circuit switching could be beneficial under both ( Time and Budget ) constraints.
(c) Under some circumstances, As we know that while starting a new communication between two parties / nodes, a circuit-switched network might prevent some senders for making the connection. So, they are trying to reduce this overhead too.
(d) As we all know that Circuit Switching is not relevant too much as it utilize more system resources, So, they are continuously trying to reduce the utilization of resources so that Circuit switching could work under budget constraint too.
