KOH is an ionic compound having oppositely charged K+ ions and OH- ions. so the interactions in them is ion-ion attractions

water is a polar molecule hence it has dipole

so KOH in water will have ion - dipole interaction

N2 is a non polar molecule which is having London dispersion forces or induced dipole forces when dissolved in water the forces are dipole - induced - dipole interactions
