The transtheoretical model is a therapy that evaluates an individual's willingness to represent on a different better way and presents approaches, or manners of development to supervise the individual.

Precaution Adoption Process model - According to this prospect, the choice to represent in a self-protective way will not happen until the individual has arrived the final stages of all 3 related ideas, which are susceptibility, severity, and precaution effectiveness.

Health behavioral change theories are the theories which are outlined to explore a set of psychological constructs that collectively direct at describing what prompts people to switch and how they use defensive action.
