nominal GDP =sum of (current year prices *current year quantity)
NGDP in 2018=30*7+90*13+6*1100
=$7980

b)
RGDP=sum of (base year prices *current year quantity)
RGDP in 2018=6*30+10*90+1000*6
=$7080

Yes,
NGDP is higher than the real GDP because the prices of the product increased over the years and to find and compare the accurate level of GDP RGDP is a good measure as it adjusts for prices.
