What can you do to improve your skills in communicating with impatient customers?

Ans: First thing remain calm and don't given back answer to the customer when he is rude or yelling at you .

Be graceful to the customer and try to improve your listening skills.

Take deep breath .

Mediate daily this will help you to keep your mind in peace .

Be a good listner and try to give the answers as specific as you can.

How can you deal with people who do not speak understandable English and still remain patient and informative?

Ans: This can be tough for one who 's second language is English . But with some tips you can make the person understand what you trying to say.

Speak slowly .

Speak very clear about what you want to say.

Use words which are very common .

Keep language very simple.

How can you encourage satisfied customers to share their experience with others?

Ans: Tell him to share their experience with other and tell them very politely.

Ask the client to write a review on social media if they can.

Try to convince them to join your community gorup so they can share their experiences.
