WHY

Becouse some time subcontractor face a lots of problumes during any construction execution phase due to damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from the performance of the subcontractor’s work.

for damages or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or arising out of the subcontractor's work so due to lot of over burden on sub contracor the insurence company would have the duty to defend a contractor for their cliam in this regard
