Resilience can be defined as the ability of a facility or asset to anticipate, resist, absorb, respond to, adapt to, and recover from a disturbance. Concept of resilience has broad appeal . It is not a new concept, its history is within ecological, engineering, and mentalhealth disciplines. There is no widely accepted metrics or methodology.
