Discuss a small example of how you or someone you know worked to change a process or system and let us know about some of the obstacles or adverse reactions that came about as a result. It may be too much to ask for an "optimal" strategy – but if we talk through a number of examples, some themes will emerge.

Answer #1

When we try to change something or to bring a change in some process , we often face some obstacles. For example we are trying to change the workplace environment into a place where managers work along with the teams rather than just bossing them around . Managers also will be given work along with their teams . In the process of bringing this change , the managers will try to point our flaws in our proposal as they do not want to take assignments and advises from their team members. They will also try to form a team and bring a revolt against out proposal . We can finally get what we want when we can face all this criticism and explain others how beneficial it would be if we implement this system and get it implemented. Even after implementation we might face rejection from them to follow our system and it will take some time and persuasion to get everything into order.
