From Union side to convince employees to vote for union:

1. As per Industrial Engineering study, current manpower allocated is x% of requirement. With this allotment employees are overburdened for Overtime for timely production. The leave privileges are left for namesake. As an union family, we will bargain with the management for 100% manpower allocation so that every employee can earn their balanced living.

2. Many employees who are staying far risk their lives in coming and driving on their own vehicles, as an union representative, we assure that all employees will be covered under the transport facility from day1 of joining

3. Increment will be against reserve in addition with inflation

4. While you earn no additional incentives for over efficiency, with union involvement we will afix norms to achieve within one working shift and anyone giving efficiency above standard output will be rewarded with surplus incentives

5. In case of any accident, Union will stand with the family of deceased

From HR side to appeal employees to vote against union:

1. Firstly as HR representative, I assure my colleagues that company will set up employee forum and no issue from employee will be left unheard, timely grievance redressal and action will be taken in all issues.

2. With implementation of new standard and factory act laws, we will cover minimum time in Overtime and all interested employees will be given equal opportunity.

3. Advance leave planning will be appreciated always. Any employee if gets invalid reason for leave lapse will be taken care.

4. Overtime and Lapsed leaves will be remunerated with premium wages.

5. Will ensure medical safety and check up of all employees once an year with set up of an inhouse OHC

6. The company has reached this heights today and employees are the true phases to turn table around. Keep your morale amd efficiency high and company is always with you.
