The state and local government relations have recently been maligned and has seen loggerheads due to differences in opinions ajd strong opposition government in both forms of government.
To orchestrate easy collaboration both government needs to integrate and look to build for common purpose and negotiate wisely. Also proposing win win situation where both government benefits is most important and thus some degree of compromise is necessary to make things work.
