When I was a small boy, 10 cents would buy a 12 ounce pepsi and 5 cents would buy a snickers bar. If you bought them seperately, they cost 15 cents but if you bought them together they costs 16 cents. BONUS: Why?

That everytime if he is eating a snicker bar he wants to have pepsi for his satisfaction. For such strong preference he would be ready to pay an extra buck so that's the reason it costs 16 and not 15.
