The essential elements of Forecasting is to analyze the number of people required, Availability of human resources talent pool and the quality related issues with the sourcing of talent. In Forecasting, the aim will be to fullfill the gap between existing and expected requirements of the human resources for the operational and business success of any organization. Generally, organization looks about the internal requirements, the suppliers of the human resources in the external job market and the strategic goals of the organization itself. In this way , an organization can effectively analyze its considerations about talent acquisition and management.  

Job analysis is the process of collecting information relevant to the different or similar job position within an organization. It may be written in the form of job description and job specifications. In USA, this term has covered through various legislations. It will be influenced by the some of the American laws like 1) American with disabilities Act 2) Uniform guidelines on employee selection 3) Equal employment opportunity Act 4) Title VII of civil rights Act and other employment related laws.
