Br2 is a nonpolar molecule. So, the main intermolecular force between the molecules is London dispersion forces.

C2H5OH has OH group. The O-H bond is highly polar due to the high electronegativity of Oxygen. So, it forms hydrogen bonding with other C2H5OH molecules. So, the main force to overcome is hydrogen bonding.

C2H5OH is polar and Br2 is nonpolar but due to the large size of Br2 molecule it is highly polarizable. So, the forces exsiting are dipole-induced dipole forces.
