In the age of globalization, economic activities are intertwined to great extent across the globe. Every countries have some trade relationships with almost all the countries directly or indirectly. US and China both are world's largest economic power both in terms of GDP and Purchasing power parity measures. If , we see any lists whether it is an economic one , trade reports, defense, industrial growth , technological, business world etc. then we shall find that Chinese and American companies are competing to each other. In true sense, US has larger penetration in the Chinese consumer as well as different kind of markets.
Both countries are doing business on a great extent. Many times , we heard news that Mr. Trump has decided to increase import duties on Chinese exporters to US. On the same way , Chinese companies also make approach to government and make huge pressures on US companies. Even, they are members of many global forum and think tank hence they have interdependence policies of business and economic development.
Huawei was threatened by the American officials in case of security related issues but still their devices are available in American markets . On the same way, people from both the countries have contributed to cultural transformation too which is strongly knitted. It is quite difficult to break this bond by both the countries. On a greater scale, American MNCs never want to quit a market like China.
