Introduction :- Population rates is High, medium or low is decided on the bases of mortality rates, resources available in world to feed and complete all the basic needs of population, availability of sanitation and health care product like medication etc. If the availability of all the resources are counted as per the accepted population ratio then the population rate is medium , if its high then population is low, and if resources are low then, population rate is high.
