Hi all,

I need someone to help with the following assignment for a C Programing course:

Make a program that will convert a huge folder file that carry cvs files it make it readable.

Convert these cvs file to read the following:

Example: 1,DD211030011B, 1572353616173543,-68

Change this data ,DD211030011B ,to only having 11 before the B.

Change this data, 1572353616173543,-68, to a human readable time number in second, and apply the last numbers ,-68, to still show up on the program.

Keep in mind this is just one data in a file inside a large folder filled with over 20 cvs files. Please create a program that will read a large amount data.  

YOU CANNOT:

  • Use global variables
  • Use the word goto
