Labor unions have often fought for better wages, reasonable hours, and safer working conditions and they will continue to do so as long as there is a need. When management denies the rights and benefits of workers, then the organizations with labor unions will stand up to protect the workers interests. Your thoughts?

According to me, the labour unions should get full benefits for which they are demanding.The management should understand the viewpoint of labour unions. After all they are also human beings, they also have some demands which must be be fulfilled according to me because such unions work for the organization and help them in earning huge profits.Therefore the management should treat them fairly and should not exploit them in terms of wages, long working hours.Such unions should be given proper wages so that they should not feel dissatisfied.This will help organization get better contribution from the unions otherwise such unions will always complain about their organisation and will always think of leaving the organisation.
