Choose one aspect of conflict management and communication. Discuss the value of this concept across all four conflict 'levels' (interpersonal, organizational, community, & international), noting its strengths and weaknesses and how best it should be used or why it should be avoided.

The organizations are established by considering all the aspects and its outcomes. Based on that management decides to establish different levels of management to overcome such instances. Among them one of the management is conflict management.

Communication is bridge that brings any conflicts and turns into positive outcomes when it deals in a proper way. Any organization or elsewhere communication can resolve any kind of conflicts and might result negative or positive when not addressed in a proper way. There are two outcomes with communication. The positive and negative, always proper communication leads to great establishment and association between individual or groups.

Conflict management in simple terms defined as avoiding the negative aspects of the work process and bring positive outcomes. Conflicts are common in the areas where different group of people work together. But its management responsibility is to identify such instances and respond on time will resolve and increase the chance of providing great positive outcome to the organization. This is only possible with conflict management in enhancing learning and group outcomes.

The different levels of conflicts are:

Interpersonal: this is the type of conflicts within an individual. The first level of management should respond to the issue and try to resolve the issue by conducting a one on one session with an individual to understand and build the positive work atmosphere. When there is any issue with in an individual the organization needs to respond and the same need to be communicated with the management by the operational team to avoid further damage. When it comes to individual there are so many conflicts depend up on the communication, approach avoidance etc., these areas of focus will bring great outcome to avoid conflicts.

Organizational: This is the type of conflict in the entire organization. The conflict needs to be addressed immediately because conflicts between individuals also results bad outcomes in the organization. There different levels of conflicts in the organization. That again related to role conflict, vertical conflict, horizontal conflict and line conflict etc., these conflicts can be result in great impact on the organization where an organization is completely might fall into negative outcomes. Immediate involvement and increase the level of bringing positive atmosphere in the organization is very important.

Community: The kind of conflict can be defined between groups where most of the individual’s forms are involved and forms a group. The community conflict is related to group conflicts where everyone in the group are involved. This is major damage to the organization because community is related to mass gathering and creating conflicts in the organization needs to understand the concerns and early respond to the issue might solve the conflict

International: These are high level conflicts, mostly happens with different states. These are more dangerous because these can be between different organizations internationally. There are so many conflicts that are involved in these conflicts the conflict of understanding, agreement, production and quality every conflict needs to be addressed and resolved to maintain a health atmosphere internationally.

Conflicts are always considered as a weakness in the organization. But cases show it can also be converted as a strength to an organization.

Always conflicts the word always leads to negative impact. But conflicts can be turned to positive outcomes when they are addressed properly.

Sometimes they can be turned into positive outcomes but setting a target and avoiding the space for conflicts and develop learning between groups and encourage groups in competing each other in the organization.

Setting a target to reach and encourage with equal opportunities in the organization and transparency in measuring the outcomes would be a great strength to the organization. The conflict management responsibility is to work on these areas where the conflicts are regular.

Deal these conflicts by deep diving into the issues and organize them and turn them in positive by using various conflicts techniques.
