Answer #1

False

As it is always unique and universal because it allows computers to send and receive information to and from specific computers in a given network. There are two types of IP addressing: IPv4 and IPv6.

IPv4-> it is a 32-bit addressing number for a unique network

IPv6-> it is a 128-bit addressing number for a unique network

In these days IPv6 is most commonly used.
