  • Psychographic segmentation:Samsung has mainly catered to the needs of the customers as per their lifestyle.choice and budget.

Market targeting:After segmenting the market on various basis,now the target market is selected for delivering best to the customers.

Market positioning:The various positioning strategies are as follows:

  • Promote products through samsung concept notes.
  • Devices has been characterized as per features,functions and price.
  • The company provides good customer care to its valuable customers.
  • It aims to provide new technology phones with less price.
  • It aims at providing best quality devices with unique features.

Human resource strategies:

The strategies followed are as follows:

  • Customer service is its biggest strength and it tries to maintain that in order to value customers.
