Answer #1

If patient with blood group B Rh negative was given B Rh positive blood, then hemolysis of The donor blood by Rh antibodies of the patient 2 will occur.

this may lead to severe blood transfusion reactions and hemolysis.

This is because b negative person has Rh antibodies but lacks Rh antigen. ANd the B positive individual has Rh antigen but lacks Rh antibodies. If the Rh Positive blood is mixed with Rh negative blood then this leads to antigen antibody reaction.
