The correct option is

d. 2 only

this is because of the fact that it is one of the postulates of kinetic theory of gases which is followed by any ideal gas . And in it's postulates it is there that the volume of the gas particles is negligible as compared to the total volume of the container i.e it is something equal to or goes to zero. But kinetic energy can't be zero as all molecules are in motion always .
