Strategies to engage consumers in an email is to give attention to the subject line, ways of initiating email conversation, incentivising the reader to read the email and offer them benefits that are unique and not monotonous like other email conversations. Empathising with reader of the email and writing email with consumers perspective is helpful as it is more relationship oriented. Engaging stories that are genuine make emails interesting to read and appeal to its audience based on their interests.
Such strategies are interesting as they get attention and increase the readership of the emails, enabling the outreach of the emails and making them more relevant communication with consumers or target customers.
