Agility is the ability to change the body position efficiently in which all skills are required stamina balance speed reflex coordination endurance power mental fitness activeness etc.

These all activities when together can be perform in a way called as agility.

Student of K-12 can perform agility in a way of their age because mental and physical efficiency comes with a age from age group 3 to 18 the children whom are above 14 or 15 can perform better agility because of more coordination and endurance compared to age below 12 or 13.

It can be directly proportional to age in 80% cases and and i am leaving 20% because sometimes development of two child say can be so different according to age that child with less age can perform agility with high age.
