What are the channels, ions, and their direction of movement as well as observed potential seen at specific locations during skeletal muscle contractions?

Voltage gated Na, K, Cl and Ca channels take part in skeletal muscle contraction. The ions participating are Na, K, Cl and Ca. Resting membrane potential of neuron is about -70mv. When an input signal reaches and has a capacity to make the voltage -55mv the voltage gated Na channel gets open and the Na rushes into the cell. This rapid entry depolarize the cells and when reaches to +30 mv the voltage gated K channel open . That opening is longer than Na channel. K leaves the cell and potential become negative causing repolarisation. It remains open for sometime making a potential of - 98 mv known as after- hyperpolarization.
