Suppose you have an irregularly shaped solid, known as "metal beads", in a container, that has a mass of 19.3628 g. Then suppose the solid pieces were gently poured into a 25 mL graduated cylinder filled with 4-5mL of water where the solid pieces were completely submerged in the water and the new water level should be < 10mL. What could approximately or possibly be the final volume of water after the metal sample is introduced?

When solid is poured in graduated cylinder, it has volume around 4-5 ml then water is to be added and we have to maintain the final volume less than 10 ml

So , finally amount of water = total expected volume - volume of metal

= 10 - 4 or 10-5

= 6 or 5 ml

So, 5-6 ml water is needed in maximum amount then water level will be less than 10 ml
