Social media marketing has no return on investment (ROI) and even marketing will never produce a ROI, linking common social media metrics to sales and profit that never give reasonable information or results. Social media marketing never waste of money and efforts but it is not an investment. As we all know organization every activities is not for making profit or maximizing wealth but also creating brand value, brand image, brand awareness, market share and creating a follower base over social media and attracting follower during any new feed, video, products launch, business information etc. Marketing need innovation, new practices, marketing needs a new culture and a unique ways that influence the customers and effectively position the products and services in the mind of customers.
