Do you believe that sexism, sexual discrimination, and sexual abuse are systemic problems in today's world or can they be viewed and judged on an individual basis as individual problems of certain people? And if one concludes they are systemic problems, does this mitigate the individual responsibility of those who practice it? Or if it is purely an individual problem, how can we explain its prevalence around the world and in so many parts of our own society?

According to me sexual discrimination and sexual abuse is a systematic problem because the negative approach towards particular gender whether women or other gender passes from society to new members. Individual can't be blame for this thinking approach but only system or society should be blame for these stypes of stereotypes. People are well educated but still do belive in Orthodox mentality because they are carrying and passing those things which they learn from their ancestors or people around them and same things are observed and learned by their children and this cycle continuously going on from decade to decade.

No, it does not mitigate the individual responsibility of those who practice because we all individuals form society and individual we are responsible for this because we are the part of society. If we will escape from this responsibly by claiming that we are individuals then to who will take the responsibility? No one as society doesn't have any face.
