Notes:- Technology plays an important in enhancing the effectiveness of an organization to carry out their operations. For technology to bring positive results to the operations, there is need to have an autonomous department that controls the various factors. That way, it will be possible to identity and implement the existing trends in the industry. Additionally, it is through technology that an organizational makes it culture known in the industry. Therefore, technology plays a significant role in enhancing the operations of any organization. lastly, the integration of various systems including technology within an organization results to the development of efficiency in service delivery for an organization.

Notes:- Organizational culture is the beliefs, the values and the assumptions that an organization holds onto to run their operations effectively. Organizational culture is the overall product that is received when the processes, the people and the technology in an organization are integrated to yield products. its through the processes that the organization identify themselves by conducting their activities resulting to production of goods and services that are in demand. The people on the other hand comprise the labor that is necessary to ensure that the activities that the organization specializes in are well executed. Lastly, technology is the main factor that facilities the proper and effective conduction if activities that will ensure that the products meet the customer desired levels. as such, the effective interaction of these three factors result in the development of the organizational culture.

The adopted culture should be in line with the values, assumptions and beliefs that an organization holds. Therefore, inclusion of other factors as innovations, aggressiveness, stability among others result in the development of a stable organizational culture. It is therefore highly important that an organization adopts the best technology which will ensure that their culture is well maintained and passed on and on with time.
