My organization implemented check-in kiosk to eliminate wait time in long lines. However, a problem is that the younger generation uses the kiosk more than the older generation? The older generation is still standing in line.

Kiosk is the software based instrument used to minimize the high traffic at workplace. It helps in providing the information, record and applications related with different fields. It has large number of advantages which are given below:-
It Improves the Customer activity experience
It Increases the customer base
It helps in reducing the cost
It helps in saving the time.
It minimizes the high traffic or crowd at work place.
It helps in branding and advertising also.
Apart from business, Many Organization has limited human resource staff that will not able to handle large amount of HR needs and paperwork. With the help of kiosk this small team can handle the large group of employees in organization and saves the time also. HR can use the kiosk for the purpose of print pay or forms, Add scanner for check-in having the each and every employee detail to verify.
Purpose of mentioning above detail was to make aware that kiosk is simple and safe. It should be used to regulate the large man force at workplace. Younger generations are using it because they are very much aware about this technology while older one is not. So it is very important to give demo or training that each and every employee will become able to use it. Apart from this an assistant could be placed who will guide the people while using the machine.
For example, At ATM machine which starts speaking about steps that how to use the ATM card and machine to withdraw money. Lack of interest may be another reason for not using the kiosk. Lack of awareness or they may be feeling that there data/information could be misused by third party. Cyber crimes are increasing day by day, considering this statement they may feel that hacker may steal their hard earned money.
